Creating Visuals by Michael Hirsch
Creating visuals is not just posting a picture/graph/tables on your presentation. It is suppose to make a clear interesting message through and make the audience interact. Visuals also make greater impact than words, the audience will more likely remember a picture than remembering your whole speech or text. To reinforce what you have said without getting repetitive add a visual to your presentation.
Purpose & Tips of Visuals
• Improve your message
• To change the rhythm
• Provide interest
• Support presentation
• Instant/clear message
• Involves seeing
• Can make a dreary subject appealing
• Don’t repeat yourself, use a visual
• Show visuals then hide them again

Nice job on the toondoo and providing good information. The toondoo sounds just like our team when we all ask questions in the discussion forum. Its good to know what all is to be included with visuals.
ReplyDeleteLove the toondoo though there are some punctuation errors (visuals not visual's).
ReplyDeleteNice and concise, Michael. Good job.
Nice a new topic that is not written on a lot, very informative.
ReplyDeleteI like your blog. I wish I could have figured out how to use better visuals for my blogs! I was very confused by Voki and the Toons :-(
